Baby on the way!!!

Yes we are pregnant! We are very very excited. I am about 18 weeks. So far everything has gone pretty good. I don't know why I never realized all the things that happen to your body when you are pregnant. There is always something going on with my body but that's good because the baby is growing. Here is a picture of our 12 week ultrasound. I go for my big ultrasound on January 4th. Hopefully we will be about to find out the gender of the baby!

Crazy Times

Well I have been in school for about a month now and things are going really well. I stay pretty busy but so far I am keeping up. I took my Praxis II this past Saturday. Some parts were extremely hard. That's about all for school. I am so excited that football season is here. All day on Sunday Jeffrey watched football. I watched some but this gave me lots and lots of time to get some studying done. Luci went to the groomer yesterday and looks so good. I will have to get a picture up soon. She was not happy last night, I think she was just really tired. She probably barked the entire day yesterday when she was at the groomer. Well that's all for today. New

Well I figured that if I am going to start blogging more than I needed a new look! Thanks to my best friend, Kama, I know have a new look for my blog. I just love it and I am very very excited about it. This has been a really long, slow week at work. I have been busy getting stuff ready for school. Tonight I am going to make spaghetti which is my favorite and sit on the couch with Jeffrey and study. I know studying does not sound like fun but I think now that I am going back to school and I am older I will be spending many many Friday and Saturday nights on the couch. I am sure Jeffrey will not like that but it will all be worth it in the end....I hope. I am going to take the Praxis I on Tuesday so I have to study all weekend for it. I am very nervous! It has been a while since I have done anything school related. I hope I can handle what I am getting myself into.

This picture above is of my sister Stephanie and my cousin Abby. Abby is turning 4 this weekend and we are going to her birthday party on Sunday. I just love this little girl to pieces. She is so cute and so very sweet. Happy Birthday Abby!!!

Trip

Before I start back to school we are going to go on a cruise. I am so so excited. Jeffrey has never been on a cruise and I have, so I am ready to see what he thinks of it. We are going to Mexico and its gonna be so much fun. So in Mexico I will need to wear a swimsuit so that brings me to.....I have been working out a lot. I am on weight watchers which I think is an awesome program. But I have also been going to the gym with my friends, Kelly and Kim, let me tell you I could not do it without them.....we go to the gym almost every morning during the week at 5:15am which is really really early. We also try to go on the weekend. I am slowly seeing results but anytime you lose weight its a slow thing. Next week Kim and I are on our own at the gym and I hope we can handle it and go everyday like we should. I will keep you all updated.

Changes

So I have always wanted to teach high school, but didn't get my licenses while I was in college getting my bachelors. Well a few weeks ago I decided I want to go back to school and get my masters in secondary education and eventually teach. I figured if I don't do it now I never will get around to doing it. So life is going to change a lot for us. I am going to be working full time and going to school full time. I know it will be hard and very demanding but I think I can do it. Plus its only about 3 semesters. I am very excited! Maybe I will try to start blogging more but seeing I will be so busy we will see....Have a great day!

New House

OK....so I am really bad at finding time to blog. I wish I was better about it. First of all we are moved into our new house! We love it! It's so nice to have a home that is our very own.





We, and when I say we I mean Jeffrey, has painted our kitchen and living room and one bed room. We still have lots of painting to do. Our new furniture we be here Wednesday which is so exciting. Now we just need to get a new bedroom set and we should be good to go for awhile. This is a big wedding season for me since my sister and best friend are both getting married. So far I have been to 3 showers and have about 5 more to go, 3 that I am helping with. My sister has a shower this weekend that I am helping with for my dad's side of the family so we will see how it goes.

Also since I jogged the half marathon in March and hurt my knees I haven't been able to jog anymore and it makes me really sad. I use to hate jogging but now that I can't do it I miss it. Right now I am doing physical therapy for 4 weeks and then back to the doctor to see what he says.

Crazy Life

So living with my parents has gone way better than expected! Things are going really really good! I am training to run the Little Rock half marathon next weekend. I am very nervous and excited. I have been training now for a couple of months. Anyone who knows me knows that I am so not a running so I am learning to enjoy it! We are suppose to close on our house next Thursday and I am very excited. There is just so much going on in our life right now. My best friend, Kama, and my sister, Kristen, are both getting married this summer about a month apart and I am the matron of honor in both so I am very busy with that. We are having a couples shower for Kama this Saturday which should be really fun. My boss at work is leaving at the end of this month and I am very sad. I am getting a wonderful new boss but I will miss Kim very much. Anyway that was a crazy crazy post but hopefully I will have more soon! Have a great day!

Major Changes

Well first of all I am horrible at blogging! I hope to become better with all the changes going on in our lives. First of all we moved out of our apartment in Maumelle this past weekend and our now living with my parents! Not the best situation but we are lucky that my parents are so nice and letting us stay with them. With that being said we put an offer on a house in Benton on Friday and found out yesterday that they accepted our offer!!! Whoo hoo we are so excited! We will have pictures soon. So we will be staying with my parents hopefully for only a month and then moving into our new house. Hopefully I can get on here more often and post. Have a great day!
